Y ’s PRE-FALL 2022
A negative or photogram-like expression consisting of "contours" and "traces". Just showing the outlines of motifs such as leaves and shells. Wrinkles on the fabric transferred to wool as an iconography, just like shadow puppets. A pattern that embroiders animals, plants and familiar tools motifs, using the traditional Indian embroidery of "Canta" that looks like an abstract stroke.
Natural and familiar motifs dropped onto clothes by various handcrafts. Contemporary visual graphics add an interesting depth to the collection.
Relaxed styles made in deep red, khaki, gray and beige are bundled in black to complete the chic, playful and neat style of pre-fall.
The latest 2022 Pre-Fall collection will be available for purchase in stores in Japan and on the official online boutiques starting Friday, June 17th.
