Yohji Yamamoto's new project "WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO" was launched online on July 20th. The 3rd collaboration collection will be released on Wednesday August 3rd at 12:00 PM Japan time.

As the 3rd installment, we will develop WILDSIDE exclusive items with black as Yohji Yamamoto's concept color from the 3 brands <AMBUSH (R)>, <MINEDENIM> and <silkmasterSB>.

-AMBUSH (R)-
AMBUSH(R) was born as an experimental jewelry brand. Starting with the iconic POW!(R) motif, it features designs inspired by innovative pop art that embodies Tokyo's culture. A unisex apparel collection was also announced in Paris in 2015. This time, AMBUSH (R)'s popular logo T-shirt has been processed with the image of black plating from jewelry developed for WILDSIDE, enjoy the shiny appearance of black. We will develop a 2-way deformed design shirt with black WILDSIDE specifications that can be worn as an oversized shirt by closing one button, and as an off-shoulder shirt by using the inner shoulder straps.

<MINEDENIM> where standards and innovation coexist without being bound by conventional denim brand frameworks and preconceived notions. We propose denim in a beautiful silhouette, sophisticated details, and realistic look. For WILDSIDE, with its black theme, we propose a 12oz trucker jacket, 12oz extra wide silhouette 5-pocket jeans, and a 5.5oz T-shirt with seam pockets. These unique 3 types will be newly introduced.

Silkmaster, one of Japan's leading apparel print factories, has been collaborating with various top street fashion brands from the 90s to the present. >. Yohji Yamamoto's POUR HOMME Spring/Summer 1996 collection, was inspired by "flowers and boys," and will now feature a skateboard with vivid "peony" flowers motif. <silkmasterSB>'s advanced printing technology beautifully expresses the shadows of the petals and the texture of the fabric in the background.
