S’YTE × ORIGINAL READING ROCK FESTIVAL COLLECTION
The third collaboration between S'YTE and "Marquee Club 🄬", which has resulted of numerous performances in blues, soul, rock, punk and pop since its opening as the most important club in the history of British pop music after the war. A collection featuring "Reading Rock Festival" will be released at the official web store THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO on Thursday, April 28th at 12:00 PM.

Marquee Club 🄬 has always been the birthplace of the music scene as a symbol of the "Swinging London" and the "Swinging 60's", and of the new rock star in the 1970s and late 1980s.

"Reading Rock Festival" is the predecessor of the "National Jazz Festival", the oldest music festival in the UK held at the Richmond Athletic Field in 1961 by Harold Bendleton, the founder of Marquee Club 🄬.・ Rock Festival) ". Held by the Marquee Club 🄬 until 1988, it continues to be the "Reading & Leeds Festival".
In 1982, when IRON MAIDEN and MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP headlined, BOW WOW, a pioneer of Japanese heavy metal and laid the foundation, performed a feat and was cheered for an encore that could not be done at the opening act. THIN LIZZY, who served as a bird in 1983, was virtually the last to perform at the Reading Rock Festival, and is still a legendary performance and narrative among British rock fans. A moment is born at this festival.

S'YTE combines the original Reading and Rock Festival posters, tickets, programs, flyers, with graphics and motifs original to Yohji Yamamoto. The festival is still being held. This collection, sublimating as an original design, proposes new items with different tastes from the first and second editions.
As key visual models, we have appointed Moeka Shiotsuka, a member of the rock band "Hitsujibungaku", and Moeka Shiotsuka, a member of "Minotaur", who is also active as a YouTuber.
