Ground Y, a brand explores new possibilities in fashion with 'genderless' and 'ageless' styles, incorporating multifaceted elements synchronized with its concept through Yohji Yamamoto's vision, will launch its new collection for the 2024-25 Autumn/Winter season starting on Friday, July 12th.

To commemorate its 10th anniversary, Ground Y's 2024-25 Autumn/Winter collection returns to the essence of craftsmanship, proposing items focused on "pattern making," where intention is embedded in each pattern. The collection also introduces series inspired by a variety of themes.
 [Zipper Arrangement] combines functionality and design. 
The extra [Cut Outs] are integrated into the creation.
Relaxing style is derived from the [Cut-Off] of the hemline.
[Spare Colors] creates a diverse expression.
 [Asymmetrical] layering is featured in the design.
Vintage-inspired [Combinations] featuring different fabrics such as cotton, wool, and leather, and a new challenge with the [Full Leather Blouson], will be introduced at Ground Y.
This season, natural materials are emphasized, and our signature gabardine is renewed to 100% wool.
We will reconstruct our 10 years of experience and launch a new perspective of  "Ground Y".

The key visual for this collection features Minami Umezawa, the captain of Nogizaka46, who is currently active as a model and actress.

Minami Umezawa
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture on January 6, 1999.
She joined Nogizaka46 as a third-generation member in 2016, was appointed vice captain in November 2021, and became the third captain of Nogizaka46 in February 2023. While leading Nogizaka46, she is also expanding her individual career, appearing in stage performances and working as a regular model for fashion magazines.
